Investment by Capacity: Weddings
We offer flexible event packages designed to accommodate your needs, with pricing based on capacity.
Capacity is calculated using a standard setup with 72" square or 60” round banquet tables and a small stage or podium. Please note that additional elements, such as a dance floor, cocktail tables, buffet tables, gift table, DJ tables, head table, AV table, or portable bars, may reduce the seating capacity. In such cases, a larger event space might be necessary. To assist with planning, our event staff will provide a customized mock-up diagram to ensure the space meets your requirements.
For your convenience, all room rentals include tables and chairs, a dance floor, stage, complimentary WiFi, wall-mounted TVs, LCD projectors, uplighting, event security, and cleaning fees to enhance your event experience.

For those desiring more than our standard event rooms based on capacity, we invite you to explore our investment options for exclusive access to additional spaces such as, our turfed outdoor area for late night ambiance or a stunning ceremony space for your vows. We also offer our sleek groom’s lounge perfect for kicking back with the wedding party. Our bridal suite offers sophistication, serenity and the perfect lighting for prepping for the aisle. If you want to have the most stunning outdoor wedding, our turfed outdoor space in the most picturesque setting.
The building and room rentals include dance floor, stage, tables, chairs, complimentary WiFi, wall-mounted TVs, LCD projectors, and uplighting. Each room requested will be an additional charge. ex: (bridal suite + groom lounge + outdoor space).

Bring on the bar with our exceptional service options at Venue 5 Twenty-Two. Choose from our sophisticated dry bar for refined non-alcoholic selections for $1,000/event. In addition, we offer a cash bar for high-quality beverages available for purchase. Opt for a host bar to provide a personalized experience with drink options and time frame tailored to your event, all covered by you.
A 20% service fee is applied to the host bar in order to cover glassware, garnishes, bartenders, and gratuity. Our cash bar option does not include an automatic 20% service fee; however, gratuity for our bartenders is always appreciated.
