Many amenities are included—onsite parking, a spacious foyer, tables and chairs, professional bartending staff, uplighting, and more—helping you create a truly personalized event.

At Venue 5 Twenty-Two, we curate your event design using a standard setup with 72" square or 60" round banquet tables. Please note that adding elements such as a dance floor, cocktail tables, buffet tables, gift table, DJ or AV tables, head table, or portable bars may reduce guest seating. To help with planning, our event staff will provide a customized mock-up diagram to ensure the space meets your needs.
All event space rentals begin at 8:00 AM. Last call is at 11:30 PM, and we ask that guests are off-site by midnight, leaving time for you and your vendors to gather and clean up by 1:00 AM.

For those desiring more than our standard event rooms based on capacity, we invite you to explore our investment options for exclusive access to additional spaces such as, our turfed outdoor area for late night ambiance or a stunning ceremony space for your vows. We also offer our sleek groom’s lounge perfect for kicking back with the wedding party. Our bridal suite offers sophistication, serenity and the perfect lighting for prepping for the aisle. If you want to have the most stunning outdoor wedding, our turfed outdoor space in the most picturesque setting.
The building and room rentals include dance floor, tables, chairs, complimentary WiFi, wall-mounted TVs, LCD projectors, and uplighting. Each room requested will be an additional charge. ex: (bridal suite + groom lounge + outdoor space).

Host Bar
Our Host Bar lets you treat guests with all beverages billed to your event tab. A 20% service fee is applied to the host bar to cover glassware, garnishes, and bartenders.


Cash Bar
A Cash Bar allows guests to purchase their own drinks individually. Many couples and hosts also choose a Combination Bar, blending hosted and cash service to balance hospitality with budget. Our cash bar option does not include an automatic 20% service fee.
Dry Bar
For those wishing to celebrate without alcohol, we offer a Dry Bar experience. This option includes a wide selection of premium sodas, juices, flavored syrups, and elegant glassware to ensure full beverage service. A flat fee of $2,000 applies, which supports the additional offerings and the exclusivity of providing a non-alcoholic event.
